I have worked in the telecommunication company for 10 years, ultimately gaining experience in customer service (Local & International); and first line maintenance including trouble shooting. Attended several training and work my way up to management level 1. I availed an early retirement program to save my marriage.
Unfortunately, plans didn't work and I need to find another job. I landed in BPO. My BPO experiences were with US based businesses. I worked as telemarketing representative B2B contacting the decision maker to see if our service fits their business needs. Also experienced working as Technical Support Representative for a Telecommunication Company. I also experience working as an Appointment Setter. It was new & I was able to adapt, and achieved to become a top performer. I worked with Durable Medical Equipment Company doing various tasks generally customer service. From Intake, processing orders, coordinating with doctor's offices and Insurance companies, CMN, Authorization and Confirmation.
I d----------- to leave the country to study abroad (UK). I finished NVQ 3 Health and Social Care. Gained a lot of experience and training in Health & Social Care world.
Worked with Dementia Unit as a Care Manager/Med Tech; and Adult with learning disability as a team lead. It was a great experience! The role was challenging but rewarding. After 5 years, I came back and found myself in BPO world again.
I tried learning different languages like Italian and Spanish. Italian, because I stayed in Italy for 2 years and got interested to learning the language but it is hard if you are not using it every day. I understand the basics and I am still trying to learn until today. Very much interested to learn Spanish because it is useful with online jobs but still on the process of learning.
I am ready to take new challenges and very much ready to learn.
