Organization, critical thinking, and problem-solving are my
top three skills.
As an Educator here in the Philippines my critical thinking
skills were enhanced due to working with students from diverse backgrounds,
cultures, and learning styles challenges educators to think critically about
how to tailor instruction, provide support, and promote inclusivity in the
classroom. As an Educator my organizational skills were also developed keeping
the records of the learners helped me to improve and arrange it in a manner
that would be easy for the institution to file it.
In line with this I am a person who is flexible to learn new
things, as an Educator we should be willing to know, learn, and adjust on the
tasks that are being given. With that, I am willing to go beyond the skills
that I have earned. I will do with passion and confidence the tasks that will
be given to the client’s satisfaction.
