I have 9 years of experience in the BPO industry. I handled US Healthcare for 9 years and very much knowledgeable about the workaround and the process. I know how to use basic tools such as EHR, EMR, and Salesforce. I am very easy to train and can easily adopt to changes. I know how to analyze claims, denials, appeals, and also know how to quote eligibility and benefits. I also have an experience creating pre-certification on behalf of the providers. I also communicated to providers directly through phone call and email. Reviewing, approving, and denying an existing pre-certification was also one of my roles from my previous employer. I know how important PHI is since I am HIPAA certified by employer training.
