SUMMARY OF ACTUAL DUTIES
a. Draft and review legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and pleadings.
b. Conduct legal research and investigation, analyze complex legal issues and precedents, and gather necessary information and evidence to build a strong case.
c. Provide legal advice and consultation to clients, evaluate complex legal issues and provide practical solutions; provide legal advice to clients.
d. Manage caseloads and files, keeping accurate records, managing deadlines, and ensuring that all client files are properly organized and maintained.
e. Exercise such other powers and perform such other duties and functions as maybe required and necessary
