I have over 3 years of experience in the BPO industry, working as a customer service agent, billing specialist, and quality analyst for a security company. I also worked as an agent for an insurance company, primarily data entry for property and auto claims. Additionally, I am a licensed teacher who teaches ESL to foreign students.
