With over a decade of experience in the BPO industry, I bring a strong background in lead generation, client relationship management, and business development. Since 2012, I have worked on various campaigns, including Financial Loans, Telco, Medicare & Health Insurance, Real Estate, DME, CGX, B2B, B2C, Final Expense, SMMA, Data Entry Campaign, and more—using a range of dialers and tools to deliver results. In 2018, I took on the role of Business Development Manager / Operations Manager, where I’ve successfully negotiated partnerships, planned and implemented revenue-generating strategies, and built lasting relationships with both new and existing clients. Since 2016, I’ve also been handling key client accounts, addressing concerns, collaborating with internal teams, and managing staff across different functions.
