Assigned first as a fraud analyst including chargebacks and disputes, After more than a year I was moved to Debit Memos/ Ticket Master List- OIC and Senior Travel Consul-----------t and OPs Ticketing. This is the most challenging role that I had since I am dealing with Airline contracts. Issuing tickets using Sabre manual entry, reviewing contracts, and making sure all tickets are issued according to the rules and contracts of the Airline.
