BPO technical support agent for 3 years (voice support) and was promoted as team leader (supervisor) with the same company. I was handling 16 head count for over 2 years. Handling a team in such a challenging account was never easy but always worth it.
Way back COVID pandemic time our company offers work at home setup which gave me a chance to experience working at home for a year.
Being in a BPO company for over five years has been a roller coaster ride and a pure bliss. I've learned different skills from my colleague and was given a chance to have a round table meeting with our executive clients where we discussed important things that could help and make the company even better.
As a hard-working individual work pressure will always be next in the line and looking into the positive side is helping me a lot to get through difficult things.
Now, I would like to enhance my skills and capabilities. I' am taking this chance to venture out other opportunities and to work full time at home. I am switching BPO to a VA.
