- First, I worked in the BPO Industry handling many accounts including AirBnB reservations. I have been an ambassador in Airbnb for almost 3 years and has a lot of knowledge and experience as far as how AirBnB terms and policies works. I have handled both hosts and guests' issues at the same time.
- Then I enter the Virtual Assistant Industry and have handled an AirBnB property for 7 months already. I handled guests with their different queries and concerns, regarding check and check outs, payments, issues regarding their stay etc. I have also handled communicating with Airbnb Support for assistance when needed.
