I'm an Inbound customer service for two years, which we are answering all our customer's inquiry regarding their bill, refund, tracking their order, basic troubleshooting, and placing an order.
My recent job was, Email customer service, we are tracking customers order, suggest item that can fit to their vehicle, refund, placing an order, also process return.
I'm detail oriented person, can multi task, last learner, can work with minimal supervision, punctual, have integrity and can work with quantity and quality.
