As a virtual agent or Transaction coordinator of a real estate property, I see to it that I prepared all the necessary documents for listing a property on REIN MLS and that the documents were signed by the listing agent and the seller. Also, preparing all documents for closing transaction. I see to it that the both seller and buyer signed all documents, Send copies and updates to the Title company and lender especially both buyer and seller sides. I also do cold calling, social media m-----------gement, data entry, CRM, creates flyers and posts into my clients social media accounts, respond all emails and answer all queries regarding some transactions. I see to it that before closing the transaction on the Brokermint/ REIN MLS I already have the ALTA signed both seller and buyer then change the status of the property from Active, Undercontract and Closed/Sold.
