I do have Customer Service experience for more than 3 years. I am responding to customer inquiries and resolving their issues. Providing product or service information and do basic troubleshooting. I do handle complaints and offering solutions. Making sure that customer is satisfied with the service and building brand loyalty. I do also have more than 2 years of working as a Recruiter. I do assess candidates to see if they are fit for the job. Do follow ups and updates about the progress of their application. Making sure that all the details are provided to the candidate. And also the scheduling work for their interview with the hiring manager.
