Junior Quantity Surveyor with 1+ years of experience in quantifying architectural and interior design works. The prior projects include but are not limited to, hotels, residential complexes, infrastructure works, schools, office buildings, commercial establishments, and villas. My current responsibilities entail coordinating with the team in providing architectural and ID AutoCAD markups, takeoffs, cost plans, bill of quantities, tender tabulation, and cost variation exercises. As most of our outputs are produced with the usage of AutoCAD and MS Excel, I am especially adept in operating the said software.
