I am a teacher by profession. But as soon as I graduated last 2018 I started being a call center agent in a BPO company here in our city. I stayed for 5 years and 3 months and was able to handle different accounts. For my 4 years there I was a dispatcher of a trucking company in the US based in CA in which my task is to help our drivers in finding loads for their dry vans and keep them moving around US.
Additionally, I served as a partial agent for a manufacturing company in CA. In this role, I conducted outbound calls to customers who returned their orders, aiming to understand their reasons for doing so. This feedback was crucial in addressing specific concerns and enhancing our services. Before resigning, I spent 5 months as part of the management team, holding the position of an admin officer. My tasks involved handling office responsibilities, submitting reports, and managing social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
After resigning, I also spent doing some part time as a surveillance operator and a dispatcher for a monitoring and alarm company based in the US.
