I'm Izajh Klarisse Marzan, holding licenses in both the Philippines and the US. I have experience working in hospitals, specifically as a neonatal ICU nurse for 3.5 years. Additionally, I have 1 and a half years of experience working in the BPO industry. Currently, I am employed full-time as a Utilization Review Management Nurse for a USRN account. My first job in the BPO industry was as a medical abstractor, where I reviewed patients' charts and encoded their information in the system according to insurance requirements. I am also proficient in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). I believe that my skills would be an asset, especially in encoding, given my fast typing abilities.
