I've been in the BPO industry for almost 10 years now. I believe I've acquired relevant skills over the years that are necessary to perform my duties and responsibilities well. My goal has always been to exceed the expectations of my clients as well as my employer. I worked as a customer service representative for healthcare, financial, insurance and telecommunications account that are based in the US and UK. I also perform Quality Audits for voice account to ensure efficiency of work.
