With my previous experience as a Hospital and Community Pharmacist, dealing closely with patients and customers. My expertise lies first in customer service, second health management, and third sales. My business is the quality of my service. I may not have any experiences yet working as a VA but I believe that there is no hindrance in learning a new skill everyday.
