I have been working as a manual tester on both of my previous company and always ending up as a lead. My most recent company, I was a QA Manual Team Lead. I did create most of their test cases and started the QA processes. I do train people, do interviews, manage their time, and also test both desktop and mobile with both windows and iOS. I also test with hardwares and payments. I also work closely with the automation team to setup test data or point them to the correct areas and test cases.
