Maintaining a strong focus on IT Project Management and coordination within a NetSuite ERP framework this past recent years, however, my career highlights is the 23 years of devoted service within the Information Technology Division of the Philippines' second-largest automotive manufacturer. Notably, I spearheaded the implementation of the SAP Dealer Business Management System, streamlining nationwide Distribution, Sales, and Service operations. Through these experiences, I've cultivated extensive expertise in driving technological advancements, optimizing workflows, and ensuring the smooth functioning of IT systems. My professional journey underscores a steadfast dedication to excellence, ongoing professional development, and collaborative teamwork, all of which have significantly contributed to the achievements and expansion of the organizations I've served.
While prior to the Project Management roles, which is half of my career, I had hands-on experience in IT specialist roles, and developed a strong foundation in troubleshooting hardware and software issues, designing, implementing, and managing network infrastructure, and providing end-user support. My technical skills include proficiency in operating systems such as Windows Servers, VM Ware, and Linux, as well as expertise in troubleshooting hardware components and peripherals. I managed IT operations across diverse internal departments, refining my adaptability and task prioritization skills. Consistently delivering timely technical solutions, I upheld high customer satisfaction. Furthermore, collaborating with cross-functional teams honed my ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly, fostering strong interpersonal skills crucial for thriving in collaborative work environments.
