Hi, my name is Clarice Rebadulla, 26 years old from the Philippines.
I was a BPO employee for 5 years with 2 years experience as a Customer Service Representative and 3 years as a Quality Analyst.
As a customer service representative, I was assigned to different LOBs which one of those is handling complaints of customer under Better Business Bureau. As a Quality Analyst, I was assigned to handle a Sales LOB for a year and another LOB which is called as STREEM where I check if the agents were able to follow the proper procedure during the STREEM calls with the customer.
