I have been working since I was 17 years old, with 13 years of professional experience—11 of those years spent working for major U.S. companies as a Customer Service Representative. One of the many things this experience has taught me is how to adapt to American professionalism and work ethics: getting things done precisely and in a timely manner, thinking outside the box, and producing quality results within tight deadlines.
Throughout my career, I’ve supported a variety of accounts, including sales, tech support, healthcare services, telecommunications, and most recently, finance. My decade of experience eventually brought me to a supervisory role, where I learned how to manage my own team and directly coordinate with clients.
I have strong problem-solving skills—I always find ways and make full use of available resources to resolve issues without escalating unnecessarily. I know how to get things done. I require minimal training yet still deliver quality results. With my expertise in customer service and handling administrative tasks, I can be a valuable asset to your growing—or even already strong—business structure.
