I worked as client services officer for years ensuring safety and compliance to real estate properties in Australia.
I work directly with real estate BDMs and property managers and manage rent roll data in high volume. I’m familiar with property me, inspection express, pipedrive, agentbox and various other Real Estate Systems. The team that I lead manages Stripe payments, Sales and Marketing Mail outs to leads and onboarding these information in our Sales System (Jira powered).
I started in finance department where we used Xero and MYOB, moved to client support as the person behind info- admin/reception for Detector Inspector, I did this for years (through emails), before leading the Sales Admin back office team. I was promoted several times until I became the only Filipino with a seat in the Director's daily meeting.
I am knowledgeable in AU real estate recruitment as well, from creating leads to growing and maintaining our Jobadder and Mailchimp database.
