I’m a registered nurse with 11 years of experience on bedside care in a hospital setting, where I’ve had the privilege of supporting patients through a variety of medical conditions, always striving to provide not just excellent clinical care, but compassionate support as well. My hands-on experience has been complemented by 4 years as a Training Officer, where I’ve had the opportunity to mentor new nurses, foster their skills, and ensure they’re equipped to deliver safe, high-quality care.
In addition to my clinical and mentoring roles, I’ve served as an assistant to the Chief Nurse, helping manage hospital operations and licensing, implementing patient care initiatives, and contributing to the continuous improvement of nursing practices within our facility.
For the past 6 years, I’ve been closely involved in reviewing patient charts for deficiencies, ensuring compliance with the Department of Health standards and regulations. This responsibility has allowed me to develop a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of healthcare quality assurance. My experience also includes completing an ICD-10 training. Though I don't have years of comprehensive hands-on application, it still further provided me with the knowledge to manage patient records accurately and in line with industry standards.
I’m passionate about cultivating a collaborative and supportive environment for both patients and healthcare teams. I’m committed to improving patient outcomes through diligent care, and continuous improvement.
