Back then I was a working student, my learning journey and work history together have given me solid knowledge to delve into complex tasks. I worked for almost a year at Concentrix on a healthcare account. Here, my job involved customer support and technical help for members with their health insurance such as handling claims.
Also, I am knowledgeable about the legal requirements such as the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act. Furthermore, as my recent relevant qualification, I demonstrate proficiency in handling members’ data electronically and maintaining their privacy and legal compliance. I gained knowledge about medical terms which helped me communicate better with both the members and people in the healthcare provider. I improved my communication abilities through frequent interaction with customers and addressing their inquiries or concerns regarding their health insurance.
My time working in this position has given me a better understanding of the field of healthcare and equipped me for upcoming chances, which makes it truly priceless along my work path. However, I have stopped my work there because as a student who is also employed, I am preparing to begin my on-the-job training at that time which demands all of my attention. Now that I have graduated with a Bachelor's degree, I am open to full-time or part-time.
Recently, I did my internship at Super 8 A1 Advertising Corp. as a Human Resources Generalist, and it was here that I learned about how HR functions are carried out in real-life situations such as project management, confidentiality, organization, and teamwork.
Moreover, the experience I had honed my technical skills and knowledge that is relevant to navigating Virtual Assistant roles.
