I am a licensed Nutritionist-Dietitian practicing in the aca

I am a skilled teacher and mentor.
As an assistant professor (current job), I handle multiple tasks in the instruction, research and public service. I normally handle 5 or more different courses with atleast 15 to 50 students (lecture and laboratory classes) in the undergraduate (BS Nutrition) and graduate programs (Master in Clinical Nutrition and MS Applied Nutrition).
As mentioned, I have mastered the art of multi-tasking. Apart from teaching, I serve as nutritionist-dietitian on duty in the nutrition and wellness clinic doing nutrition screening, assessment and counseling following NCP. I am also very much involved in various speaking engagements. I do research on the side as I mentor thesis students in BS and MS level.
I am a fast-paced worker and an eager learner. I work fast by listing down all my task/to-dos the night before (planning ahead) and start my day early by answering emails. I usually respond 10 to 15 emails in a few minutes from students and colleagues. Plan out the whole day's tasks and tackle them right away.
I discovered that I can think fast and sustain my work -----------ntum for a long period of time. It was when I was assigned as the Instruction-in-Charge in our Institute running the enrolment/registration process and receiving student, faculty and staff queries at the same time. I was able to juggle my teaching load, admin works, research and article publications and outside speaking engagement all at the same time.
Lastly, I am organized and thorough when it comes to work. I am particular with details and is very much concerned about the satisfaction of my service users.
In addition, I was awarded the Most Outstanding Teacher Award in 2021 and received promotions and research recognitions in my years in teaching.
I am a singer (not a pro) but I sing well. I am well-rounded and fun to be with. I think Im a performer (as I did theater in highschool) and have the biggest dream for me and my family. I am looking for a good job that would allow me to stay at home, take care of my baby and atleast pay me a decent amount.
