I bear with me at least twelve (12) years work experience as an HR practitioner in a generalist capacity. The latest of which was when I was hired as an HR Consultant for a start-up pharmaceutical company. I was tasked to formulate, finalize and implement the HR policies and procedures of the company. I did the employee's orientation and had management approve the terms and conditions of employment. I also did some HR intervention to improve culture and employee relations.
I also carry with me eight (8) years of work exposure doing Purchasing and Logistics for an engineering consultancy firm, holding the position of Logistics Manager. This is full process procurement plus importation management. I also have work background in Credit and Collection as a secondary function long before when I was working for a travel agency.
I am one who commits to completing any work assigned to me. I can multi-task and can find interest in anything that will be accorded to me.
