I was a teacher for about two years, teaching a variety of subjects, but most importantly, this job helped me develop the skills necessary to work in a variety of industries. I had to look for a new job during the pandemic to help support our basic necessities, and that's how I ended up working as a customer service representative for nearly three years at a US healthcare account. My experience lies in helping members, particularly providers, with issues pertaining to overpayment, medical records, eligibility, denial, and authorization information. This helps me improve my problem-solving abilities and assist clients with their concerns.
I ----------- not have a direct experience in this position but my qualifications and background show that I ----------- be a valuable addition to your team. The best thing I can do is go above and beyond to assist our members and providers. I've worked from home for about three years, so working remotely won't be a problem for me. I'm willing to be train and impart the knowledge and abilities I've acquired from past experiences if you'll offer me the chance to work for your organization.
