Establishing Company, Trust (bare trust/smsf) or Nonprofit Organisation and preparation of various Deed parenthetically Loan Agreements, Deed of Family Arrangements, Deed of Agreement, etc. In my early years with the firm, I was assigned to work on Family Law related matters such as Binding Financial Agreements and Conveyancing Matters in the States of NSW, QLD and Victoria.
