What makes me unique is that I have characteristics such as empathy, resilience, creativity, and curiosity to learn new things. besides from these characteristics what makes me unique is my work experience itself, I was able to take calls as a Healthcare Customer service for a year and Got upskilled into escalation team where we do handle those caller who wants to file complaint or do have a escalations.
