I’ve worked extensively with major agency management systems including AMS360, Applied EPIC, EZLynx, Hawksoft, QQ Catalyst, Applied TAM, and Nexsure, allowing me to adapt easily to any workflow or agency setup. I also serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in commercial lines, where I’ve helped train new tea-----------mbers, created internal process guides, and reviewed complex servicing tasks for accuracy.
