Hi, i'm Nethaniah C. Esposo, you can call me Tanya. I studied Bachelor of Science in Mass Communication and has a broad experience in customer service especially in US healthcare accounts. I first worked as a weight watchers program specialist for almost 2 years and then worked as a patient care coordinator in Optum for almost 4 years. My scope of responsibilities were to cater patients questions and concerns, help them fill and complete their prescription orders, update medical history & records, process payments and bills, check their coverage and insurances, schedule appointments to their respective healthcare providers, and help them with prior authorizations. I'm trained as well with HIPAA, and EHRs or EMRs. Also, I'm used to working graveyard shifts and learned the use of google or microsoft applications too.
