I have a demonstrated ability to maintain all accounts payable and accounts receivable in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Moreover, I possess extensive experience in matching invoices with accepted purchase orders, entering invoices into the accounts payable system, appropriately processing invoices, ensuring invoices are paid promptly, and closing monthly accounts payable into the general ledger. As well as collection, determining the correct amount of sales invoices billed to customers and aging of receivables. Have also experienced bank reconciliations, intercompany reconciliations and preparation of monthly financial reports such as balance sheets, and income statements including ratio analysis.
