I have been in the call center industry for 13 years now. I started at a USA company TRACFONE wireless for 6 years handling Managerial calls. After that I switched to the Taxi Industry based in UK such as Panther Taxis (Cambridge), Radar Taxis (North Shields) and Skyline Taxis (Milton Keynes) so I am pretty much aware of the accents in the UK.
