I am knowledgeable in performing various laboratory tests in laboratory sections of phlebotomy, hematology, clinical chemistry, immunology & serology, microbiology, clinical microscopy, histopathology, and blood banking. I am proficient in operating, calibrating, monitoring, and performing quality control testing in several equipment and machines used in the clinical laboratory. I am a computer-literate where skills in Windows, iOS, Android, Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, & Outlook), Google (Drive, Mail, Docs, Forms, Slides, Meet, & Sheets), Yahoo, Zoom, Skype, Canva, and social media are obtained. I am also talented in verbal and nonverbal communications, such as interacting with patients during specimen collection with proper coordination to the nurse working station. Skills in written and visual communications are acquired as well, such as writing and presenting internal office reports, respectively.
My exposure to the daily routine and activities in the field of medical technology/medical laboratory science is guaranteed that accurate and precise laboratory results will be delivered. With the supervision of the pathologist, I could say that I am competent for collecting, handling, transporting, receiving and testing of specimen required by the assigned physician.
