As a newly trained Freight Virtual Assistant and Truck Dispatcher, I am confident in providing efficient administrative and logistics support. My training covered freight brokerage fundamentals, track and trace, carrier communication, load planning, and customer service. Combined with my strong organizational and communication skills, I am eager to support clients, continue learning, and contribute to their success. My experience as a Range Officer further enhanced my interpersonal skills through my role in coordinating and assisting with shooting competitions.
