I also have experience working in a US healthcare account as aCase Manager where I am responsible for securing authorizations for residents in the Skilled Nursing Facilities by sending regular clinical updates to different health insurances . I also conduct insurance verification by confirming patient's coverage & eligibility. I am also proficient in utilizing EMRs such as PointClickCare, NetHealth, Practice Fusion, and I am also familiar w/different insurance portals including Navi, BCBS, HealthFirst.
