I have 6 months and counting of experience running 2 businesses while I'm studying at my university. Because of this, I learned how to adapt to many scenarios, especially when adapting customer attitudes by observing them. There are times that my customer is not in the mood, so I take a direct approach and carefully pick the right words. Thinking in advance made me more prepared for the task given to me. Furthermore, based on the online English level test, I got a score of C2 in vocabulary. At my age, I can ensure that I am a hardworking person with an optimistic personality, a goal-oriented person, and a creative mind who knows how to adapt.
