As a Product Engineer, I provide technical support by leveraging insightful data analysis to address product-related issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives, particularly in cost and yield optimization. I support the COF product throughout the production build, manage Special Build Request and Engineering Job Orders, and initiate Engineering Change Orders, BOM changes, and test process modifications. I collaborate with the R&D team on designing and implementing new test processes, execute data analysis to enhance product quality, and acquire in-depth technical knowledge of products and test methodologies. Additionally, I lead efforts in product re-engineering, cost reduction, yield improvement, and quality and reliability enhancements, while providing technical support for product issues and RMAs.
