I am a graduate of Physical Therapy where I learned in our internship how to treat patients, charting and also scheduling our patients, and I worked as a Pharmacy Asisstant in a certain company for 3 years where I gained my knowledge about customer service and how to deal with day-by-day tasks and where every day you have to adapt with different tasks. But as a VA to acquire new skills I joined an intensive training where we learned about Patient Scheduling, Insurance verification, Prior Authorization, Telemedicine and medical scribing.
