- Deliver options for missed connections, cancelled flights, and any voluntary re-booking.
- Delivering the right information especially travel documents needed for international flights.

- I handle captions, designs, video edits, website experience, proofreading, revisions, content calendars, inbox management, social media assistance, and scheduling
- Video Editing: Editing clips/filmed vidoes, adding b-roll,basic cuts, adding captions and basic branding, creating short clips for social media, editing video scripts after filming, and preparing videos for use in social media, funnels, pages or calendars, and website.
- Website Experience: creating copy and applying it to pages, adding opt in forms, CRM connections, videos, and calendars, adding integrations, testing functionality like links, forms, and pages, making content updates and requested tweaks, ongoing website maintenance, and blogging
