I am currently an Account Care Specialist in a Data Center here in the Philippines. I am skilled in managing client’s data, ensuring informations are well organized by use of the CRM system and keeping every concerns documented by the use of ticketing system. I serve as a frontline by coordinating client’s concern before handling to the designated departments. I am also skilled in setting meetings/ appointments with the clients. I am also responsible in preparing Quotation. I am also a Marketing which handles Email Marketing, Social Media Marketing and attending various events to showcase the companies services. More importantly I am directly coordinating with the CEO.
