Had an experience on the following:
-3D modeling using Revit and SketchUp
-2D drafting using AutoCAD and Revit
-Rendering of 3D models (Interior and Exterior) using Lumion, Enscape and V-ray
-Editing using Adobe Photoshop
-Architectural designing/drafting, structural conceptualization and planning
-Preparation of contract documents, specifications writing, general conditions, bidding documents, clerk of works and the like
-Technical, pre-design feasibility studies
-Architectural lay-outing of mechanical, electrical, electronic, sanitary, plumbing, communications and other utility systems, equipment and fixtures, architectural lighting, acoustics and allied fields of practice
-Architectural interiors/space planning, restoration/preservation and other ancillary services
-Work closely with other staff, such as project managers, architects, interior designers and co-production specialists in providing architectural and technical solutions
-Field of superintendence, project administration and the like
-Preparation of bill of materials and cost estimates
