Honestly, I am new to this industry because as a a full time mom I want to have my own money and work for my child. For a year and a half I’ve been into BPO company as a customer service representative. To fully understand the social media management I opted to have an online training (copywriting,basic graphic designing, basic video editing)with certificates.
