Started as an R&D Engineer, but with my keen interest in making the development cycle more robust, I started making changes to our projects' build, test, and deployment pipelines. Eventually got into automating BAU tasks by writing scripts.
Joined a company that built projects using a microservices architecture where I acquired expertise in container orchestration, and leveraging cloud technologies such as Azure, then GCP, then AWS.
Involved myself in solving production issues raised by clients directly, or logged by alerts, through investigating logs via Sumo Logic and identifying services and parts thereof that cause these i-----------.
My experiences naturally led to the path of becoming a DevOps Engineer / SRE.
