Business/Sales Development Representative, Appointment Setter, Customer Service, Technical Support and Lead Generation

I am an independent and self-motivated degree holder and a licensed
teacher seeking for a position in any department where I can put my extensive knowledge from my course and experience to use. Allowing oneself to use these equipped skills are both a duty and privilege to become an effective and productive part of a company.

With the pre-service teaching I had and having the work experience in a BPO company, my capabilities with dealing with diverse individuals and varieties of issues and assistance I have catered will surely allow me to be competent in handling the job requirement. I do have skills in using document editors such as Microsoft Office. I also have knowledge in using Canva for editing and creating templates. I am fond with office works such as editing and organizing documents. I am also proficient in doing inbound and outbound calls since it was a medium of communication for my past job.
