Lead and manage the operations of each projects in compliance to company’s Quality Management System. Ensure the staffs/direct workers/subcontractors carry out all work & functions as per agreed work methods. Prepares and manages Project Schedules, Budget Plan, manpower loading/ resource planning, logistics, and control. Plans and supervises design and development, material submittals. Delegation and monitoring of Material ordering, change order and quotations. Monitors site accomplishment, coordinate with other stakeholders. Ensures compliance to company and applicable industry standards. Facilitate testing & commissioning. Prepares turnover documents and orientation to client’s representatives.
