Working before as service crew, customer service representative, chat support representative and a VA over the past 9 years assisting different customers/clients everyday through phone calls, emails, taking 4 chats or customers at a time and handling different clients with different assigned tasks as Virtual Assistant. I think my solid foundation skills coupled my passion for learning and innovating. I have proven record of success in my previous roles as well.
