Responsible for assisting customer’s inquiries and taking orders accurately by checking order forms to ensure that the company receives complete and accurate information about what a customer wants to purchase. Receive and process online sales orders via email and phone; process customer payments and changes; create daily transaction sales reports.
Handle the order processing of the clients and also track the order process. In addition, I am knowledgeable in terms of finding and listing good quality products that are fast moving yet profitable in making sales. Aside from that, I am also good at uploading the items both on Amazon and Webscrapers, which is one of the most important things we do after checking the items listed in
spreadsheet.
