* Answers inbound queries of providers regarding the extent of member's dental eligibility, extent of dental health coverage and claims information of specific dental procedures while in full compliance with the HIPAA Regulation.
* Presents, promotes and sells services (storage units) to existing and prospective customers.
* Performs cost-benefit and analysis of existing / potential customers to meet their needs.
* Conducts outbound calls to insurance companies on behalf of the providers to obtain preauthorization of specific medical procedures and prescription drugs.
* Conducts outbound calls to insurance companies to check patient's eligibility and coverage.
* Manage patient's information.
* Conducts one on one reviews with nurse and other medical allies to obtain pre-authorization.
