My knowledge and 10-year experience in the Call Center industry are pretty much useful to different tasks possible in this type of position. I am also confident that my Bachelor’s degree in English helped me gain my competency in writing and speaking skills. I am hardworking, organized and self-motivated. I consider myself as a glass that is half empty rather than full. I always make sure that there is always enough room for new knowledge.
